The First Conversation
Most first conversations are 20-30 minutes. We'll ask about your situation, challenges, and goals. By the end, we'll both know whether there's a fit — and if so, what the right next step might be.
Often, that next step is the 1-3-6 Assessment. Sometimes it's a different engagement. Sometimes it's "not right now." We're direct about fit.
